 Hey! My name is Ianja, the founder of The Soul CEO — a catalyst for alignment, guiding heart-led visionaries to embody and create from their highest, soul-aligned frequency.

Why I do what I do

Throughout my life I understood  that our existence is incredibly important. Each has a frequency of a very specific song in the orchestra of evolution. There is no one like you — and while it might sound cliché, it is endlessly important to remember your true essence and magic… to remember why you came here in the first place and what you truly want to experience on a soul level.

 The reality of conditions often does the opposite — covering us with beliefs, programs, and patterns that keep us far away from who we really are.


My mission is to elevate and empower — to build systems that shift our reality and lead us into a conscious, sustainable world of lasting impact. Everything I do is to create a ripple effect of remembrance and empowerment.

I do what I do because I understand through my own journey that our existence is incredibly important. And with this existence comes so much beauty and also such divine precision. There is no one like you — and while it might sound cliché, it is endlessly important to remember your true essence and magic… to remember why you came here in the first place and what you truly want to experience on a soul level.

My mission in everything I do is to bring that remembrance to the surface — to uncover the partsof you that were never lost, only hidden — and to find ways to share your pure, divine essence with the world.

M Y   S T O R Y

I grew up in a free-spirited yet quite unhealthy hippie family in northern Hamburg. Love was there, but so were chaos, instability, unsafe environments, sexual abuse, and the presence of addictions. My sunlight spirit always carried a vital, active energy — a certain lightness and an infinite trust in it all. I knew from a very young age there was a reason for it all. I somehow felt special, and you might know what I’m talking about.

By the time I turned 21, I knew I couldn’t stay asleep inside the life I had been given. I left Germany and began to live and work in the Swiss Alps, and with that, my journey of awakening and remembering truly began. It wasn’t gentle — it was chaotic, dark, and sometimes unbearably heavy.

But exactly these life challengesbrought me into the journey of Healing and through the healing journey I started to remember... There was suddenly so much more about what it means to be human... — with all its mystery, magic, depth, and wonder. The quest of life had begun with 21 years old and I left Germany to live and work in Switzerland.

Trusting the path -even when it made no sense

 

Growing up in a free-spirited yet quite unhealthy hippie family in northern Germany led the foundation. Love was present, but so were chaos, instability, unsafe environments, sexual abuse, and the presence of addictions.

Still, my sunlight spirit carried a vital, active energy, a certain lightness and an infinite trust in life. From a very young age, I knew there was a reason for everything. I felt different, as if I was holding a secret I couldn’t yet name.

At 21, I left Germany and began living and working in the Swiss Alps. It was there, high at 2,000 meters altitude, that my awakening journey truly began... 

With awaking - started a healing journey  & through the healing journey I started to remember...

 

There was suddenly so much more about what it means to be human... With all its mystery, magic, depth, and wonder and I followed my intuition lived in 5 different countries and continents...

This journey took me across the world.

And all of that became the foundation for something much bigger. What began in Australia and Bali as feminine embodiment photography soon expanded into branding, design, websites, and social media strategies.

From there, it grew into an agency with a clear purpose: to support conscious leaders in becoming visible, to give voice to their visions, and to co-create a new reality — one that is more conscious, more sustainable, and more beautiful than the world we know today.



I went for an awakening marathon... 

 

Sometimes I feel as if I’ve lived a hundred lifetimes in a single decade.
From working as a designer in visual marketing to training as a cabinet maker in Switzerland.
From selling coconut lamps on the dusty streets of Montezuma, watching sunsets with strangers who became family, to spending years flying on psychedelics and drugs before choosing complete sobriety.

I apprenticed with a shamanic woman for over seven years, became a yoga instructor and breathwork facilitator, and dove deep into the studies of Human Design and Astrology. Each step stripped away another layer of conditioning — another veil between me and truth.

A journey into self.
Into authenticity.
Into realness.

Into becoming the woman I came here to be.
